Today I'm testing for expeerly the outdoor Chef Blazing Glass L. The Blazing Glass is a glass ceramic plate, which you simply place as an accessory directly on the infrared zone of your barbecue. The plate heats up extremely quickly and grilling is therefore much quicker than usual. I don't have to stand at the grill for long, but have meat and vegetables ready in no time and nothing falls through the grill for me. I like cooking, but I'm sometimes unsure when it comes to grilling. That's why the blazing jar is a great help, to conjure up delicious dishes quickly and easily. It is important to know that the Blazing glass has two sides. One smooth and one ribbed. Which side you use depends on what you are grilling. The smooth side is particularly suitable for delicate food such as fish or vegetables, while the ribbed side is ideal for steaks and food with branding. So you can get the best of both worlds.
