Today I'm showing you the Outdoor Chef Blazing glass, which I was allowed to test for expeerly. It's a glass ceramic plate that you place on the infrared zone of your barbecue. This allows you to grill meat, fish, vegetables and also burgers without burning fat, without flames and with the perfect branding. You can also turn the plate if you want to prepare delicate grilled food such as bacon or vegetables. But be aware of what you should definitely know: The plate heats up really quickly. On my grill, that's around 800 degrees. This may be ideal for the perfect crust, but be careful not to burn your fingers. And be careful with children on the grill. The blazing glass makes grilling much easier and more relaxed for me as a mom because it simply goes much faster.
