You love to barbecue and always want the best result? Hi, I'm Luke, game developer and in summer my barbecue runs almost every day. So of course I need accessories that can keep up with me. The blazing glass from Outdoorchef is particularly exciting for me, because I can get really creative with it. Whether it's burgers, vegetables or even steaks, everything works. The plate is super robust and I can simply put it in the dishwasher after grilling. In addition, my grill stays clean, because no more marinade or cheese drips through the grid. What I find particularly cool is that the Blazing glass has two sides. The smooth side is perfect for fish, bacon and vegetables because it ensures even browning. The ribbed side gives the typical grill stripes on steaks and is ideal for anything that needs a nice branding, such as a very fatty meat. For me, the Blazing glass is a luxury upgrade.
