Already in ancient times there was ice cream, made of snow, ice, fruit, and honey. Since the 16th century we've known the popular Italian gelato made from cream with little sugar. I love it but sadly I can't tolerate it. My name is Sonja, I am a tester for expeerly and today I’m trying the ice cream machine Gusto by Unold. Because I can’t tolerate dairy products, I live plant-based. An ice cream machine could be my solution to not miss out on healthy, delicious, creamy ice cream. I first choose a few recipes: Stracciatella, Matcha, green tea, and of course chocolate based on oat milk, coconut milk, and cashews. I prepare everything like I would for a drink or a smoothie and pre-cool briefly. The ice cream machine has a super simple menu for making ice cream. Just mix or cool again. I select "make ice cream", adjust the time and off we go. A total success. This will be the best summer.
