The difference between good barbecue food and really great barbecue food is usually the heat. I'm Tamino and for Expeerly, I'm testing the Sunset BBQ Blaze Chef 570. Thanks to the Hot Sear Zone, the grill reaches especially high temperatures and creates intense searing flavors. The height-adjustable charcoal tray makes it easy to adjust the heat to the food. With the HLS control knob, you can regulate the temperature well, and on the 57 cm grilling surface, you have plenty of space for family and friends. The grill feels very sturdy and high-quality. During assembly, however, I noticed a few screws that were a bit difficult to tighten. Apart from that, the Blaze Chef 570 does a really great job and offers significantly more control than many classic kettle grills.
