Today, I learned that Ireland's beauty knows no bounds. Our tour began in the tranquil beauty of Glandalock in County Wicklow, where our guide told us of the legend of St. Kevin's Cross, that if you hug it and your hands meet, you will receive a wish. Unfortunately, my hands didn't quite touch, but we already felt blessed by that sun shining. Next, we headed to the medieval city of Kilkenny, where we had a delicious Irish roast. Before exploring Kilkenny Castle and the historic town, we really enjoyed wandering through the old streets and checking out some of the shops. A highlight for us was stopping in one of the local breweries to try their famous beer. It was really delicious.
