Today, I learned that making your own pasta at home is the best pleasure in life. We were welcomed into Cecilia's Kitchen and started by preparing one of the most typical desserts in Italy, tiramisu. Then, it was time to discover the secret recipe for homemade pasta. Step by step, Cecilia revealed to us the ingredients to create the perfect ravioli filled with ricotta and spinach. During the preparation, the atmosphere was so familiar that we decided to have a little aperitivo, toasting with the best Chianti red wine. But the best was yet to come. At the end, we all had dinner together in Cecilia's beautiful dining room with a breathtaking view of the Florence Hills, eating our own creations. For Italian food lovers, this experience is simply unique.
