Hello everyone, I'm Ali. I like to cook in my spare time. Today I'm testing the OptiGrill from Tefal for expeerly. But first I'm going to unpack everything and see what's inside. At first glance, I like the simple design and it seems to be very solid. There are four different ways you can use the grill: closed, completely open, closed with the tray for baking or open with the tray. For the first test, I want to grill a salmon. First I oil it a little, add a little lemon and rosemary and I'm ready to go. You can use the controls to set how the fish should be cooked, from rare to medium to well done.
