Thanks to Rapid Steam, my fennel with honey was ready extremely quickly and remained wonderfully juicy compared to baking in a normal oven. The fries were also ready in record time in the air fryer and had a pleasantly crispy taste. The wire rack, baking tray, and perforated trays are very easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher.
