I love baking, but when you keep making the same things over and over, it eventually gets a little bit boring. And that's exactly why I had to try this out. Hi, I'm Lilian, and I'm testing for expeerly the Brezeli Maker from Trisa. And I think it already looks pretty special. The Swiss design is beautifully detailed and really different from the typical kitchen appliances we usually see. With it, you can bake classic, paper-thin Brezeli wafers or immediately roll them up into little rolls. Another thing I find really practical: the recipe is engraved right on the appliance, in both German and French. And each Brezeli really only needs a tiny bit of batter. Just close it, let it bake briefly, and that's it. For me, it's definitely a really lovely change of pace when baking.
